If you feel stuck, you’re not broken

Hi friend,

There was a season in my life when everything felt… heavy.
I’d sit with my journal, pen in hand, and nothing would come out but to-do lists and half-finished sentences.
I wasn’t blocked because I lacked discipline.
I was blocked because I was scared to hear what I really had to say.

Being stuck doesn’t mean you’re broken.
It usually means your nervous system is trying to protect you the only way it knows how.

That’s why I created Writing Bravely.
It’s a space where you can slow down, listen inward, and let the truth rise without judgment, without forcing it.

Past participants have told me:

“I didn’t even know this part of me needed a voice until I wrote it down.”

In six weeks, you’ll move from holding it all in… to having a ritual that helps you release, make sense of, and even rewrite the stories you’ve been carrying.

If you’re feeling that quiet nudge, maybe this is your next brave step.

📅 We start August 19

🎟️ I heard from several folks who just missed the early bird deadline so I’ve decided to keep it open a little longer. You can still join at the early rate through Sunday at midnight (August 10). After that, regular pricing returns.

We begin August 19, and I’d love to welcome you in.

One small change: I’ll be switching from monthly to weekly emails. Rather than cramming everything into one long update, I’d rather send shorter, more focused notes that your (and my) nervous system can actually absorb. More steady touchpoints, less overwhelm :) Hi friend, Take a moment and ask yourself, “How does my anger materialize? Does it show up in small ways like… 😠 Snapping at coworkers?😖 Unfounded frustration at your partner?😞 Emotional shutdown because you’re just too overwhelmed?...

October Newsletter No Escape Hatch: How I Face What’s Still Alive Inside Me Hi friends~ Since returning home from my Somatic IFS Step 1 training, people keep asking me, “How was it?” It’s a simple question—but the answer isn’t. In therapy trainings, we’re not passive learners. We don’t sit at the edge of the work. We become the work. We step into the client role and meet whatever’s ready to surface. And what surfaced for me? Memories. The ones I thought I’d already “dealt with.”The ones I’m...
