Your Fall Reset

Fall Reset + a Touch of Magic 🌀 Hypno/Soundbath + Waterfront Retreat

Hi friends~

As the season shifts, it’s a powerful time to pause, reflect, and realign. This fall, I’ve been leaning into deeper practices that support nervous system healing and heart-centered connection, both personally and professionally.

  • Just returned from a beautiful somatic IFS retreat. Deep work, sacred space, and soul-centered community (photo above 💫)
  • Feeling inspired to bring more of that grounding energy into my local offerings this season
  • Fall is a time of letting go and of rooting down. Perfect for healing and re-centering

And on a more personal note, I’ve been diving into a fantasy writing class lately. Because, well… fantasy is da bomb. 🐉✨

I love flipping reality on its head—building worlds where animals sit in the boardroom, shamanism weaves into Christianity, and good and evil exist, but good doesn’t always win (and that’s okay). We all have a little shadow in us… and sometimes, honoring that is part of the healing too.

👇 If you’re craving a reset or just some soul-fueling experiences this fall, check out the Hypno/Soundbath next week and our upcoming November 1st IFS Hypnosis + Sound + Writing Retreat on the water.

Both are beginner-friendly, restorative, and crafted with so much care. Whether you join one or both, you’ll walk away lighter, clearer, and more grounded.

Hi friend, Do you feel like you’re constantly trying to mediate inner conflict? Maybe one part of you longs for connection, but another part distances you from others for fear of disappointment. Or one part of you might be begging you to slow down, but another says you can’t because you’ll lose momentum. The constant push and pull is exhausting and frustrating. But it’s not uncommon. That feeling of internal conflict or disagreement is a core concept in handling your parts with Internal...

Hi friend, Winter is my favorite season—not because of the cold, but because of the quiet. It’s the one time of year when the world slows down enough for me to fully inhabit my home, surrounded by good books and my favorite writing tools. I get to luxuriate in stillness. In reflection. In warmth. Lately, I’ve been aching for a creative ritual—something to help me return to the page. The last month and a half has been, frankly, a lot: family gatherings 500 miles away, speaking gigs, and a...

Hi friend, Singing carols, shared meals, shopping for gifts… These are all beloved hallmarks of the holiday season. But what is a happy time for many, can be a painful time for anyone grieving the loss of a loved one. The lights may be bright, but to a grieving heart, everything feels dimmer. And when your grief is fresh, that contrast can feel even sharper. Although grief is universal, it’s not tidy. It doesn’t follow rules, and it certainly doesn’t pause for the holiday. If your heart is...
