When You’ve Tried Everything and Still Don’t Feel Better

Hi friend,

A lot of emails I’ve received lately have sounded like this:

“I’ve tried everything. Is Ketamine my last resort?”

Here’s what I want you to know:

KAP isn’t about giving up — it’s about saying yes to a breakthrough you didn’t know was possible.

It’s for people who have fought tirelessly.
Who have done all the “right things.”
Who are still waiting to feel like themselves again.

You are not at the end.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is another door — and it may be the one that finally opens.

While commonly known as an anesthetic, ketamine has shown remarkable promise in treating conditions like depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

Unlike traditional antidepressants like SSRIs, ketamine acts quickly by targeting glutamate and AMPA receptors. This enhances neural plasticity, or the brain’s ability to adapt, heal, and grow.

But the real magic happens when ketamine is paired with psychotherapy.

At the right dose, ketamine gently guides you into a psychedelic experience, affecting your perceptions and sensations.

You might feel a sense of floating, deep relaxation, a shift in negative emotions, or enter dream-like states.

When combined with therapy, this temporary change in consciousness creates a powerful opportunity for healing.

After the effects of ketamine subside, the rest of your KAP session is spent giving you space to process and discuss your experience.

KAP also helps with:

  • Helping your brain create new, unstuck, and more efficient neural pathways.
  • Rapidly reducing symptoms of depression and thoughts of suicide
  • Allowing repressed memories and emotions to resurface.

Clients often describe feeling lighter, more connected, and more hopeful after KAP sessions.

Through KAP, people who’ve spent years feeling numb, detached, or isolated often find themselves reconnecting to the vulnerable parts of themselves. And by exploring and understanding those parts, they’re able to achieve truly meaningful breakthroughs.

This leads to a lift in mood, energy, and overall quality of life. ✨

If you’ve ever felt like you’ve hit a wall in your journey to overcome treatment-resistant depression, know this: there are still other paths to explore.

Even if traditional therapy and medication haven’t worked in the past.

If you’re ready to explore a new path to healing, I invite you to learn more about Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.

Hi friend, Do you feel like you’re constantly trying to mediate inner conflict? Maybe one part of you longs for connection, but another part distances you from others for fear of disappointment. Or one part of you might be begging you to slow down, but another says you can’t because you’ll lose momentum. The constant push and pull is exhausting and frustrating. But it’s not uncommon. That feeling of internal conflict or disagreement is a core concept in handling your parts with Internal...

Hi friend, Winter is my favorite season—not because of the cold, but because of the quiet. It’s the one time of year when the world slows down enough for me to fully inhabit my home, surrounded by good books and my favorite writing tools. I get to luxuriate in stillness. In reflection. In warmth. Lately, I’ve been aching for a creative ritual—something to help me return to the page. The last month and a half has been, frankly, a lot: family gatherings 500 miles away, speaking gigs, and a...

Hi friend, Singing carols, shared meals, shopping for gifts… These are all beloved hallmarks of the holiday season. But what is a happy time for many, can be a painful time for anyone grieving the loss of a loved one. The lights may be bright, but to a grieving heart, everything feels dimmer. And when your grief is fresh, that contrast can feel even sharper. Although grief is universal, it’s not tidy. It doesn’t follow rules, and it certainly doesn’t pause for the holiday. If your heart is...
